How viewings work

Viewings that actually happen.

Tenants pick a slot from the landlord's real hours. Both sides get a calendar entry, the same reminders and the same cancellation rules.

For tenants

Pick a time, then just turn up.

  1. 1

    Pick a time

Choose from the hours the landlord has opened. You see Malta time and your own.

  2. 2

    Get confirmed

When the landlord confirms, the exact address appears and a calendar file is sent.

  3. 3

    Get reminded

A reminder 24 hours before and another 1 hour before.

  4. 4

    Arrive

On the day, a live map shows the landlord you're on the way.

For landlords

Set your hours once.

  1. 1

    Open your hours

Set when you can show the place. Tenants request slots inside them, and nothing double-books.

  2. 2

    Confirm or suggest

Accept the requested slot, or offer another from your hours.

  3. 3

    Calendar and reminders

A calendar file and the same reminders the tenant gets.

  4. 4

    Viewing day

See when the tenant is close, so you are not waiting at the door.

Not in Malta yet

Watch the viewing from wherever you are.

Once a viewing time is agreed, tenants can add a representative visit. Someone from Ikrii attends and video-calls you live from the flat. €40 a visit.
