Is Ikrii free for tenants?
Yes, for everything you need to find a home: passport, likes, matching, messaging and viewings. Plus, at €12/mo, is optional. It adds super-likes, a profile boost, priority first messages and live alerts, and lets you see who liked you and undo a pass.
Does Plus decide who can contact whom?
No. Free and Plus tenants follow the same consent rules.
How much does a landlord pay?
Nothing for one active listing. Plus is €25/mo for 3 active listings, then €6/mo for each one after that.
Do prices include VAT?
Yes. Every price on this page includes VAT.
What is a reach-out credit?
Agents spend 1 credit to contact a tenant when their offer does not fit that passport. Contact with an offer that fits is free.
